A club app for youth soccer
A club app runs the work of a youth soccer club in one place: sign-ups, waivers, fees, schedules, messages and match day.
What a club app does for a youth soccer club
A youth soccer club does the same jobs every season, mostly with volunteers. Families register and sign waivers. The club collects fees. Coaches post the schedule and parents say whether their child is coming. On match day someone sets the lineup and someone keeps the score. Coaches and parents need to talk without every message reaching everyone.
A club app puts those jobs in one place, with one record of who is on which team, in place of a spreadsheet, a payment tool, a group chat and a form service. It is also sold as club management software. Squadora is built for exactly that job.
Where Squadora gives a club more
Built for soccer, not adapted to it
Coaches drag players onto a pitch in formations from 4-3-3 and 4-4-2 down to 2-3-1 for seven-a-side, then publish when the lineup is ready.
Staff start a match, adjust the score, call full time and send the result for sign-off.
Parents answer going, not going or maybe, with a note.
Registration that runs itself
Admins open a registration for a season, camp, clinic, tryout or league, with a fee, a spot limit, a waitlist and a closing date.
A registration fee can be split into 2, 3, 4 or 6 payments.
Clubs build waivers, codes of conduct and custom forms, with short answer, checkbox, typed signature and choice fields.
The money goes to the club
Clubs take card payments and receive payouts through their own Stripe account.
Children are safe in chat
A child chats only with staff or their own guardians, and every guardian is added to the chat.
Your own league and tournaments
A club can run a league: other clubs enter teams, the host approves them, and divisions are set by age, sex and level.
Your data, and an easy move in
Admins import a roster from CSV, Excel or pasted rows, map the columns, review duplicates and create the teams named, up to 500 players a file.
Club owners and admins export CSV files for people, registrations, forms and payments, with no medical data and no card details.

Questions to bring to any vendor
- Can I see a real registration form, with our fees and our waivers, before we sign?
- What happens to our data if we leave? Can we export it?
- Who answers when a parent cannot find the form or cannot pay?
- What does it do on match day, for the coach on the sideline and for the parent who could not come?
- How are children kept safe in chat, and who can see a player's details?
- What will a full season cost? Include subscriptions, payment processing, setup, messaging, refunds and optional features.
- What does switching require? Who imports records, checks the data and trains staff before registration opens?
- Will it work with our league and governing body? Which registrations, rosters and eligibility records still need separate entry?

How we compared
We read each company's own public pages on October 23, 2026 and Squadora's own record of what it ships today. This is a review of published claims, not a hands-on test, and a feature a page does not mention is not reported as missing.
