Compare Squadora with other youth sports software

Seven comparisons for clubs choosing software. Each one says what Squadora does today, what the other company says about itself, and where the other product may fit you better.

How we compare

We write about other companies only from their own public pages. Each fact has its source and the date we read it, and a feature a page does not mention is never reported as missing.

On every page we say where the other product may fit a club better, and what Squadora does not do. We do not criticize anyone.

What Squadora does today

  • Admins open a registration for a season, camp, clinic, tryout or league, with a fee, a spot limit, a waitlist and a closing date.
  • Parents answer going, not going or maybe, with a note.
  • Coaches drag players onto a pitch in formations from 4-3-3 and 4-4-2 down to 2-3-1 for seven-a-side, then publish when the lineup is ready.
  • Clubs take card payments and receive payouts through their own Stripe account.
  • Club owners and admins export CSV files for people, registrations, forms and payments, with no medical data and no card details.
  • Squadora is software for youth soccer clubs, and its lineup tool uses soccer formations.

Questions to ask any club software company

  • Can I see a real registration form, with our fees and our waivers, before we sign?
  • What happens to our data if we leave? Can we export it?
  • Who answers when a parent cannot find the form or cannot pay?
  • What does it do on match day, for the coach on the sideline and for the parent who could not come?
  • How are children kept safe in chat, and who can see a player's details?
