Squadora
How do youth soccer clubs keep schedules, RSVPs and messages in one place?
Most clubs start with a spreadsheet, a group chat per team and a registration form somewhere else. Squadora puts the club's schedule, RSVPs, match day, fees, forms and messages in one app, so coaches, parents and admins work from the same information.
Squadora is in build now and coming to iPhone and the web. Clubs that write in now get set up first.
The schedule
Training, matches and club events go into one calendar per team, and families see every team their children are on.
Who's coming
Families answer an RSVP with one tap, and coaches see who's coming before they plan the session or the lineup.
Match day
The coach runs lineup, kickoff, field and the score from the sideline, and families follow along from home.
Messages
Team chat, direct messages and club news reach only the families they're meant for. The club sets rules for messaging minors.
The office work
Club admins and treasurers do setup, bulk changes and reports on the web, with the same data the families see on their phones.
Getting started
It's free to set up while we build. Pricing is announced before you pay anything. Write to support@squadora.com and tell us about your club.
