How can we help?

Questions about Squadora, your account or your data. Write to us at support@squadora.com and we will help.

Get help

Email support@squadora.com. A person at Squadora reads every message. Tell us what you were doing and we can usually answer in one reply.

What to put in your message

  • The email address on your Squadora account.
  • Your club and team, if the question is about one.
  • What you expected and what happened instead.
  • Your phone model and iOS version, or your browser, and a screenshot if you have one.

Never send your password. We will never ask for it.

Signing in

Squadora signs you in with Apple, with Google, or with an email and a password. Use the same one each time, because they are separate sign-ins.

Forgot your password? On the sign-in screen enter your email, then tap Forgot password. If that email has an account, a reset link is on its way. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive.

Not in a club yet? Ask your club for an invite link or code.

Delete your account

You can do it yourself in the app: Settings, Your account, Delete account. The app shows what will be removed, then asks you to sign in again to prove it is you. Your account closes at once and you are signed out.

Your data is permanently removed after 30 days. Until then support can restore the account if it was a mistake. If you used Sign in with Apple, Squadora ends that link when you delete.

Club owners: transfer ownership to a club admin in Club settings, or write to us to close the club, then delete your account.

Deleting an account also turns off saved cards and autopay. Your club may keep records it is entitled to keep, such as payment history. The Privacy Policy explains what is kept and for how long.

Cannot open the app? Email support@squadora.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it.

Download your data

In the app go to Settings, Your account, Download your data. You get a copy of your data and of the children you guard.

Privacy and terms

Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Both are also in the app under Settings, Legal.

Quick answers

Who can use Squadora?
Squadora is for clubs in the United States. Players under 13 do not have their own accounts. A parent or guardian creates and manages a young child's record.

Can two parents follow the same child?
Yes. A guardian can invite a second guardian for a child and choose what they can see and do.

Where does the fee money go?
Straight to your club's own Stripe account. Squadora does not hold it.

Does Squadora show ads or track me?
No. There is no advertising and no tracking.
